I started at S12 Solutions in June 2019 and have 20 years’ experience in customer-focused positions. In 2022 I moved into the Team Lead role.
I am focused on making sure our Product Support Managers and I have everything we need to support users and Sites after implementation, and make sure everyone gets the very best from the S12 Solutions platform.
I enjoy supporting our AMHPs, doctors and claim processors, and will always go above and beyond to make someone feel comfortable and confident. Mental wellbeing is profoundly important to quality of life and a person’s capacity to cope with life’s ups and downs; working in a role that impacts this is very important to me.
Outside of work, my husband and I have our hands full with our little boy and our dog, Doris the Dorkie. When I get some free time, it is mainly spent enjoying life with friends and family.
