I have been with S12 Solutions as the Operations Support Manager since July 2020. My first challenge since joining the S12 Solutions team was to not only get to know all of the team and our customer needs, but also to research and implement a new Contact Center Solution to support our team and provide better customer service to our users.
My role is to lead both the Customer Support and Communication teams. My interest in Mental Health started when I became a Mental First Aider at a previous organisation and I always focus on the wellbeing of myself, family & my team.
Outside of work, I love spending time with my family including 3 kids & a hamster, my friends and I occasionally find time to slip into my lycra and get on my bike for some fresh air & exercise.
