I worked in a support and marketing role before joining S12 Solutions in December 2019 as a Product Support Manager, providing support to our AMHP, doctor and claim processor users across all Sites. Over time, my role has diversified to include platform testing and training as well as product support.
Working alongside people to improve Mental Health Act processes is really rewarding. I like to help others and at S12 Solutions I really feel I am making a difference.
Outside of work, my hobbies include socialising, long walks, seeing family and friends, and spending time with my puppy.
