We are excited to announce that S12 Solutions Ltd (S12 Solutions) was acquired by VitalHub Corp (VitalHub), 19 April 2021. VitalHub provides technology to Health and Human Services providers, in sectors including mental health, home health, and community and social services, in England and internationally. VitalHub is based in Toronto, ON, and publicly traded on the TSX Venture Exchange: VHI.

About S12 Solutions

S12 Solutions was founded in 2017 by Amy Manning, an Approved Mental Health Professional (AMHP) and Best Interest Assessor, who had become frustrated with inefficient paper processes used to organise Mental Health Act (MHA) assessments. Convinced technology could help, Amy led the development of a platform that connected AMHPs with section 12 (s.12) doctors, which was successfully piloted in two locations.

Today, S12 Solutions is the only platform able to provide the following features within one system: MHA assessment team organisation, electronic statutory MHA forms, electronic claims and video calling. The platform supports 4,000+ AMHPs, s.12 doctors and claim processors across England.

Since its earliest iteration, the S12 Solutions platform has evolved with help from our health and social partners, who continue to share their ideas for new features and diversification; we believe that VitalHub’s knowledge, experience and resources, will enable our team to realise these ideas with greater efficiency.
